By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you don’t agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app respectfully and legally

• Share content you own or have the rights to post

• Avoid posting harmful, hateful, or unsafe content

• Not impersonate others or misrepresent yourself

• Not misuse messaging, comments, or reporting tools

• Not use WorkSeason for commercial spam or advertising without permission

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates community standards.

2. User Content

By posting content on WorkSeason, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Display, modify, reproduce, or distribute your content within the app

• Promote the app using your content (e.g., discovery pages, in-app features)

You retain ownership of everything you post.
We do not claim ownership over your training videos, photos, or posts.

If you delete content, it will no longer be visible, but copies may persist temporarily in backup systems.

3. Messaging & Interactions

Direct messages are private between users.
However, we may access them if required by law or safety investigations.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, or unsafe behavior may result in account suspension or removal.

4. Safety & Enforcement

We may take action if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Share content that is harmful, violent, hateful, or illegal

• Abuse messaging or comment features

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

Actions may include:

• Content removal

• Feature limitations

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account termination

Our goal is to maintain a safe environment for athletes of all levels.

5. Intellectual Property

All WorkSeason branding, logos, designs, and code belong to WorkSZN Media Inc.
You may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Reverse engineer

• Sell or distribute parts of the app
  without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use or link to third-party services (e.g., analytics tools, hosting providers).
We are not responsible for third-party terms or actions.

7. Disclaimers

WorkSeason is a social platform, not a professional training provider.
We are not liable for:

• Injuries or outcomes of training shared by users

• Advice from other athletes

• In-app interactions or disputes between users

Use the app responsibly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WorkSZN Media Inc. is not responsible for:

• Loss of data

• Account issues

• User misconduct

• Service disruptions

• Damages caused by user content

9. Termination

You can stop using the app anytime.
We may suspend or disable accounts that violate our terms.
